Return & Refund Policy


Our return policy lasts 30 days. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Return Conditions


To be eligible for a return, your item must:


- be in the same condition that you received it

- be unused and unworn

- include all original tags and packaging

- be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email)


How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.


Note: The return address will be provided after your request has been approved.


Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:


- the item is defective

- the wrong item was received


In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-returnable Items


We do not accept returns for:


- custom or personalized items

- personal care goods (if opened)

- sale items or promotional items

- gift cards


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.


The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.


Refunds


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.


If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.


Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Processing Time


Return requests are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
